The Pharmacist in charge will be responsible for accurately monitoring patient medication profiles, filling parenteral and enteral medication orders, providing drug information, and supervising and directing support personnel. The Pharmacist will ensure adequate control and documentation of all controlled substances and controlled substance records. In the absence of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the Director of Pharmacy.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION)
· Current Pharmacy License – West Virginia
· Minimum two years experience in a healthcare setting
· Computer literate
· Possess reliable transportation
· Ability to communicate in English
