Welcome to Acuity Specialty Hospital of Ohio Valley. Our team of healthcare providers has served the Ohio Valley area for over a decade since opening in August 2005. The Acuity Specialty Hospital of Ohio Valley is a 72-bed Long Term Acute Care (LTACH) hospital with its Main Provider Campus located in Weirton, West Virginia.

Acuity Specialty Hospital of Ohio Valley also operates two additional satellite campuses in Belmont, Ohio and Wheeling, West Virginia.

Acuity Specialty of Ohio Valley is a Long Term Acute Care (LTACH) Hospital in the Ohio Valley that is accredited by the Joint Commission and specializes in pulmonary and cardiac care, wound care management, infectious disease management, traumatic brain injury, neurologic diseases, trauma and extended care for medically complex patients who are acutely ill and require daily physician’s care. The hospital and its satellites serve to meet the unique needs of the Ohio Valley, Northwestern West Virginia and the Western Pennsylvania tri-state area.
